Well the first one I think it depends on the Lip Gloss. Yes some do use it though, not sure if all do or not.
Never heard one way or the other on most of the other. Wouldn't be at all surprised about the Whale Fat.

Now that I have said that, I am not sure to the answers to your above question but I have heard of the whole after birth thing before and also heard that there is bat poop (Guano)in Masacra. Not sure if any of it is true but maybe you could find something out about it on the following web pages.
i don't think there is animal after birth in lip gloss nor are there camel hooves in mascara, i've heard that is charcoal in mascara, but not after birth in lip gloss.
